Verified Email Address registered with Garena

If your email address is verified, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to
2. Send a request and provide the email address that you would like to use.
3. Wait for the reply on your email account and confirm your request.

Non-verified Registered Email Address with Garena

If your email address is not verified, follow the steps below:

  • Enter the account details. 

  • You will receive an email from Garena. Please check your inbox or Spam folder for it. 

  • Under Account Protection, make sure that your email address is correct. This is where your verification email will be sent. Click on the blue "Verify" button once you are ready to proceed.
  • Click on the link provided in the email. 

  • Congratulations! You have verified your email. You will now receive any account notifications and confirmations through this verified email. 


Verified Email Address but couldn't access the Garena account

If you can't access the account concerned but your email address is verified, plaese follow the steps below:

  • Send an email to and follow the instructions given by our Player Support Team.
  • You will receive a Ticket (automated reply) containing your Ticket #.
  • It may take up to 24 hours for our Customer Service Officers to get back to you depending on the amount of requests received that day. In any event that you do not receive any reply after 24 hours, feel free to reply back to the email to do a follow up.
  • You must provide a reply within 5 days or your ticket will be closed.
  • After the Player Support Team replies, please provide the necessary information they need to retrieve ownership of your account. Failure to provide the information needed by the Player Support Team will decrease your chances of retrieving your account.
