Bad or screeching sound during Highlight (Replay) playback

The Highlight file (.webm) created while watching a Replay (.rofl) can become corrupt and produce a screeching sound. Unfortunately, there's no way to fix a Highlight that's already been affected. We're looking into possible solutions now.

You can prevent this happening to future files by following these steps:

  • Close audio-intensive applications prior to recording a Highlight. This includes voice chat, music players, video players, etc.
  • If you use audio routers or audio channel splitting applications, try recording your Highlights with those disabled.
